Can believe the excitement when I saw the truck backing up the drive ......    Yippee!!

 

This is Rick the young man that is very polite doesn't

 talk much while he is working and setting up.     Me I just keep on chatting away......    He apologize for not talking while he's working.     I can see why......     I finally left him alone to finish the set up.

He kept hogging the machine.......    lololol   He was making sure the tension and stitches were perfect.     So much knowledge about the Innova!

It has been a year since I have quilted.....     WOW!!  this sure feels  goooood.     Purrs just like a kitten!!

 

Love the LED light.....    I will be able to my stitches when I working on a white whole cloth.

 

There she is allllll  nice and pretty!

 

First up will be Suzan's  challenge quilt,   then the quilt for The Art of  Collaboration  May 2.

 

Tomorrow I will not be watching the super bowl,    I will be quilting with the Super Innova!

I'm leaving on the 11th for three days for classes on the INNOVA......  plus good times with Jamie and friends.     What more could  a girl ask for....     How exciting!!

Gave the quilt that  because of the block and we lived by the Chippewa River in Northern Wisconsin 

 

 

Paper pieced this two years ago for a quilt challenge MQS in Kansas but it never got there...

 

 

The bread and butter design for the quilt.....     I really need to go in and tweak this design,    It's like what was I thing.....      Now after Proud Mary is here,   (thursday)   It will get quilted.    I started quilting  the  border and will need to rip out all the stitches and start over.

POPPY QUILT

 

Got a phone call from Uniquely Yours wanting a panel quilted for a show in Texas Feb 3,     eeeeeegads.......    told her that I didn't have my INNOVA yet.     But the good person I am,  I made a phone call to my SIL to borrow her machine for a couple of days.    It was kind of fun but I really want to do some serious quilting.       (like custom)     This was good practice to get back in the hang of it after a year of not having a longarm.
