Borders On

 

Borders are on .....  should have taken a pic of the pipping.   Made the outer border a little wider so I could scallop it.

                 
        Now ready for the frame.....   Just need to come up with the final quilting design

Rose Bud

Center applique.....   Decided that I need to add one more bud and leaf to balance it out.     I should have paid attention to where I was gluing it down.   Will add the rest of the solid blocks and borders tomorrow. 

 

 

Little Green Frog

Quilted semi custom, she didn't want it to heavy, as she will use this on her bed.    Used only one layer of 80/20 Hobbs batting

                                           So Fine for thread,  a light lime green and white

                        These are so cute that it made me laugh with each one that I quilted

 

Quilted with my Innova 22" with the lighting stitch,   this machine is such a great machine for stitching and control.

Started the center applique......    takes time to turn the edges under, but worth it.

Suzan gave me an inspiration to have a ssewing room in the garden.    The lighting in my bassement studio is not all the great,  plus I love all the window and fresh air.
