Binding Is On

 

 

 

Binding is on,  now to finish tacking it down.   I like the way the binding sets off the colour in the quilt.   Next the crystals.....

 

Had to learn the correct way to finish off the binding

Micro fill the center tomorrow,  havrn't decided what fill I want to use

 

Love the LED light,  sure make it easier to see the white thread

 

I think I like it a lot better now that it is quilted a little more.

This is the thread color I chose for some micro fill and the binding.   The fabric has sone white in it which is perfect for the binding.     I've had this in my stash forever...... 

 

Trying to match up crystals.....

 

Need to get more of a sea/green crystal and in two differnt sizes.

After I started quilting this design I'm thinking I should have re-designed it because of the feathers.    I'll see what it looks like after I get all the circles quilted.  

 

 

 

 

 

Added a door mirror under the frame just to check the fabric for puckers.....     Just in case!!
